This is a one of a kind sample size design for Francine Elizabeth Designs. I made this unique pencil skirt using a slightly stretchy khaki cotton fabric and a polyester layered print with the safari animal prints up the sides. This skirt has a side zipper as well as a button latch above the zipper. Beaded top not included. American Size 0. When this skirt needs to be cleaned I recommend washing on gentle and laying flat to dry.
