This flowing dress shows an abundance of movement and comes to life when you wear it.

Two buttons fasten at the neck and lay flat instead of a halter tie making the neck more comfortable instead of having a knot dig into your neck. A zipper fastens the side allowing easy access in and out of the dress and a black silk tie synches at the waist and ties in the back. This is a very well made dress hand crafted by Francine Elizabeth of Francine Fox Designs. It has been featured in various fashion shows across Florida, Tennessee, and NYC including Gainesville Fashion Week, Chattanooga Fashion Week, and New York Latin Fashion Week. 

This dress will comfortably fit a woman between the sizes of 4-6 with the chest size of B through D
